A graduating senior at the University of Oregon studying public relations, Stacey Stewart is  interested in everything from crisis communications to tech PR. However, her primary interest is figuring out a way to integrate music and entertainment into a corporate public relations setting. Stacey was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and will be returning there to begin her public relations career.

Stacey has a handful of experience in public relations as an intern for Verve Northwest Communications, a communications firm in Eugene, Ore. and the Indigo District, a music venue and bar. She has also interned on short-term projects with Cindy Ingram Productions and the Convention and Visitor’s Association of Lane County, Oregon. Other work experience includes working as an account executive for the Oregon Daily Emerald, the student-run non-profit newspaper at the University of Oregon, where she has worked since 2006.

Stacey’s non-public relations interests include traveling, cooking, seeing/hearing live music, volleyball and spending time with loved ones.
